Your Agreement with Wayne's World Adventures LLC
Before we make arrangements for your flight, hotel, car rental, tour, cruise, or other travel services, we require that you read and sign this form. Your signature will signify your understanding and agreement to the following terms and conditions:
RESPONSIBILITY
Wayne's World Adventures LLC acts solely as an agent for the airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, lodging providers, car rental companies, ground operators, and other suppliers of travel services included in your itinerary. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or failures of such suppliers or their subcontractors to provide services, adhere to schedules, or honor their contracts.
HAZARDS AND TRAVEL RISKS
We have no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements, unsafe travel conditions, health hazards, weather conditions, supplier bankruptcies, or the suitability of travel services for persons with disabilities. It is your responsibility to review all relevant travel advisories and requirements. For U.S. State Department advisories, visit travel.state.gov. For CDC health notices, visit cdc.gov/travel.
You assume full responsibility for verifying passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements, as well as all safety and security conditions at your destination(s). You agree to release Wayne's World Adventures LLC from any claims resulting from risks listed above or from causes beyond our control. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of your return.
TRAVEL INSURANCE (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)
We strongly encourage all clients to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment against unexpected disruptions such as cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or delays. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you understand and accept that Wayne's World Adventures LLC will not be held responsible for any financial losses, including but not limited to trip cancellations, interruptions, or delays. By opting out, you risk losing all or part of your travel investment. Please indicate your selection regarding travel insurance on the next page.
TICKETING AND REFUNDS
Airline prices may change at any time before ticket issuance. Many discount tickets and packages are non-refundable or carry heavy penalties for changes or cancellations. Please review the rules associated with your reservation carefully.
FLIGHT DELAYS
Airline delays are common and beyond our control. Airlines are not legally obligated to cover related expenses (e.g., meals, accommodations, transportation). Wayne's World Adventures LLC is not liable for these additional costs.
ITINERARY CONFIRMATION
Please review your itinerary immediately upon receipt for accuracy regarding names, dates, times, and destinations. We are not responsible for any errors not brought to our attention promptly.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Schedule changes occur frequently. It is your responsibility to confirm your flight times both before departure and before returning.
CRUISES, TOURS, PACKAGES, AND RESORTS
Deposits are required at the time of booking and vary by provider. Wayne's World Adventures LLC facilitates these bookings but does not endorse or guarantee any particular tour operator or cruise line. You will receive and must sign any supplier agreement applicable to your booking. In the event of a conflict between their agreement and ours, these Terms shall prevail.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans arranged with Wayne's World Adventures LLC are non-refundable due to the advance commitments made to third-party vendors on your behalf. Once initiated, payments are allocated to secure your travel services and cannot be returned.
PAYMENT PROCESSING DISCLOSURE
All payments are securely processed through Square, a third-party platform. An 18% processing and administrative fee is applied to the total package cost. This fee covers transaction costs, administrative support, and service handling. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this fee.
FINAL PAYMENT
Full payment must be received before we release your travel documents or tickets.
TICKETING AND EXCHANGE FEES
- $35.00 per ticket for departures more than 30 days out
- $50.00 per ticket for departures within 30 days
- $20.00 fee for any ticket exchanges
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are subject to a $75.00 per person fee, charged to your credit card, in addition to supplier-imposed penalties or non-refundable amounts.
NON-USE OF TICKETS OR COUPONS
If you do not use all portions of a ticket or travel coupon, we cannot guarantee airline acceptance, and you agree to indemnify us for any fare adjustments made by the carrier.
POWER OF ATTORNEY
You authorize Wayne's World Adventures LLC to act as your agent for the purpose of purchasing and signing for travel services. This includes the right to sign credit card authorizations and other necessary documents related to your booking.
GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Columbus, MS. Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed-upon provider. Decisions are final and enforceable by law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Wayne's World Adventures LLC. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing below, I confirm that I have been advised and fully understand all components of my travel itinerary, including dates, times, destinations, airline details, cancellation/change penalties, baggage fees, and documentation requirements. I verify that all traveler names and birthdates are correct and match government-issued ID.
