By checking the box below and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the official policies, booking timelines, and fee structures of Wayne's World Adventures LLC.

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE’S WORLD ADVENTURES LLC

Before we make arrangements for your flight, hotel, car rental, tour, cruise, or other travel services, we require that you read and sign this form. Your signature signifies your understanding and legally binding agreement to the following terms and conditions.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Wayne’s World Adventures LLC provides professional travel consultation, customized itinerary creation, booking coordination (flights, hotels, tours, cruises, transfers, etc.), vendor communication and management, required documentation, and dedicated travel support, including 24/7 emergency assistance via text or phone during your dates of travel.

PROFESSIONAL FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

By engaging our services, you agree to the following fee, credit, and forfeiture structure:

• Professional Planning Fee & Trip Credit: A fee of $250.00 is due upon contract signing before any custom research or itinerary design commences. This fee is earned upon contract signing and is non-refundable.
• The Booking Credit: If you formally secure a travel booking through Wayne’s World Adventures LLC within thirty (30) days of the date this fee is paid, the full $250.00 will be applied as a credit toward the deposit or final balance of your confirmed trip.
• The 30-Day Forfeiture Rule: If you do not officially book a trip through Wayne’s World Adventures LLC within thirty (30) days of paying the planning fee, the entire $250.00 fee is permanently forfeited to the agency as compensation for professional research, time, and consultation services rendered. The clock does not reset if a new destination is requested.
• Flight Booking & Ticketing Fees:
• Departures more than 30 days out: $35.00 per person
• Departures within 30 days: $50.00 per person
• Ticket Exchanges/Changes: $20.00 per transaction
• Cancellations: If you cancel an established booking, Wayne’s World Adventures LLC charges an administrative fee of $75.00 per person, processed to your credit card on file, in addition to the $250 booking fee. This fee is completely separate from, and in addition to, any penalties, fees, or non-refundable amounts imposed by third-party travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, etc.). Wayne's World Adventures LLC will facilitate communications for refunds, but cannot guarantee. Airline prices may change at any time before ticket issuance. Many discount tickets and packages are non-refundable or carry heavy penalties for changes or cancellations. Please review the rules associated with your reservation carefully.
• Discounts: A 10% discount may be applied to select flight packages (subject to specific verification criteria). Group pricing and specialized payment structures are available for groups of nine (9) or more travelers and will be coordinated via designated platforms (e.g., WeTravel/TERN).
• Payment Processing & Administrative Fees: All payments are securely processed through authorized third-party platforms provided by Tern and/or TravelJoy platforms. Personal checks are not accepted. An 18% processing and administrative fee is applied to the total package cost. This fee covers digital transaction costs, administrative support, and service handling. By proceeding with a payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this fee assessment. Full payment of all fees and package costs must be received before any final travel documents, vouchers, or tickets will be released to you.

AGENCY RELATIONSHIP & RESPONSIBILITY

Wayne's World Adventures LLC acts solely as a sales agent for the airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, lodging providers, car rental companies, ground operators, and other independent suppliers of travel services included in your itinerary. Each of these companies is an independent entity with its own terms, conditions, and liability waivers.

We do not own, manage, or control these suppliers. Consequently, Wayne’s World Adventures LLC is not responsible or legally liable for the acts, errors, omissions, financial bankruptcies, flight delays, schedule changes, or failures of any supplier or subcontractor to provide services, adhere to schedules, or honor their contracts.

HAZARDS, TRAVEL RISKS, & DESTINATION REQUIREMENTS

We possess no specialized knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements, unsafe travel conditions, health hazards, weather conditions, or the structural suitability of travel services for persons with disabilities.

It is your sole responsibility to review all relevant travel advisories, warnings, and entry requirements.

You assume full responsibility for verifying and maintaining valid passports (which must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date), visas, vaccinations, and other entry or security protocols for your destination(s). You agree to release Wayne's World Adventures LLC from any claims resulting from these risks or causes beyond our control. Any claims against this agency must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of your scheduled return date.

TRAVEL INSURANCE (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)

We strongly encourage all clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment against unexpected disruptions such as emergency trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or severe delays.

If you choose to decline travel insurance, you explicitly understand and accept that Wayne's World Adventures LLC will not be held responsible for any financial losses, including but not limited to non-refundable trip cancellations, interruptions, or supplier defaults. By opting out, you risk losing all or part of your travel investment. You will be required to formally document your selection to accept or decline insurance coverage prior to final booking.

FLIGHTS, ITINERARIES, & SCHEDULES

• Price Volatility: Airline prices and seat availability change constantly and can fluctuate at any moment before a ticket is officially issued. Many discount tickets and promotional packages are completely non-refundable or carry heavy penalties for changes.
• Flight Delays: Airline delays and cancellations are common and entirely beyond our control. Airlines are not legally obligated to cover unexpected expenses (e.g., meals, overnight accommodations, or alternative transportation). Wayne's World Adventures LLC is not liable for these additional costs.
• Client Review Responsibilities: You must review your itinerary immediately upon receipt for absolute accuracy regarding legal names (matching government-issued identification), dates, times, and destinations. We are not responsible for errors not brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery.
• Schedule Fluctuations: Schedule changes occur frequently. It is your responsibility to confirm your flight departure times directly with the carrier both 24 hours prior to departure and 24 hours prior to your return flight.
• Non-Use of Coupons: If you do not utilize all sequential portions of an airline ticket or travel coupon, the airline may automatically cancel all remaining segments. You agree to indemnify us for any fare adjustments made by the carrier as a result of non-use.

CRUISES, TOURS, & VENDOR AGREEMENTS

Deposits are required at the time of booking and vary by specific provider. Wayne's World Adventures LLC facilitates these bookings but does not endorse or guarantee the performance of any individual tour operator, resort, or cruise line.

You will receive, and must agree to, any separate supplier agreements applicable to your booking. In the direct event of a conflict between a supplier's agreement and these Terms, the Terms of Wayne's World Adventures LLC shall prevail regarding our agency relationship.

All custom payment plans arranged directly with Wayne's World Adventures LLC are non-refundable due to immediate advance financial commitments made to third-party vendors on your behalf. Once initiated, these funds are allocated straight to securing your travel space and cannot be returned.

GOVERNING LAW & CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any legal disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, will be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration in Columbus, MS.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed-upon alternative dispute resolution provider. All decisions rendered by the arbitrator will be final, binding, and enforceable by law in any court of competent jurisdiction.

FINAL PAYMENT

Full payment must be received before we release your travel documents or tickets.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

You authorize Wayne's World Adventures LLC to act as your agent for the purpose of purchasing and signing for travel services. This includes the right to sign credit card authorizations and other necessary documents related to your booking.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Wayne's World Adventures LLC. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing below, I confirm that I have been advised and fully understand all components of my travel itinerary, including dates, times, destinations, airline details, cancellation/change penalties, baggage fees, and documentation requirements. I verify that all traveler names and birthdates are correct and match government-issued ID.
